    My traps /arms are exploding in size.
    Never did much direct work, but now I do 2.5x a week of very high volume and it has been working fantastically.
    Arms are around 15.8-16", not sure.


    Hit my atg squat short term goal.

    I used to deadlift, but can't at my current gym.
    Direct work - Shrugs, not too many more options than that.
    They've always been small, but they'll catch up real soon.

    He does well and doesn't help me unless I really need it.

    194.9lbs

    This is the bodyweight I would expect to have or even a bit lighter.
    198 must have been some serious bloating.
    Bulk has been super clean in terms of less than a pound a week.
