My traps /arms are exploding in size.
Never did much direct work, but now I do 2.5x a week of very high volume and it has been working fantastically.
Arms are around 15.8-16", not sure.
Hit my atg squat short term goal.
Today is a good day.

I ask an employee to label the bars every workout now and they're just like "it is only five pounds whats the difference."
