My only concern with this statement is the bolded. A good calorie calculator like the one at iifym.com sets up your daily calorie goals based on your weekly activity level. You shouldn't be eating burned calories that you accrued after a workout. It adds an extra variable, one that's probably not very accurate.
For instance. I workout 3-4 times a week, that's already factored into my weight loss TDEE of 2070 calories. I don't add the 600-700 calories I burned post workout into that days caloric intake, it's already accounted for.
Based on all that you've mentioned that would be the first thing I change, secondly I'd weight vegetables.
