    Going to rest today. Weight loss has stalled and I believe that what is described on this page http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...-fat-loss.html, is happening to me. I have recently upped my activity and cut calories a bit more and I lost about 4 lbs. in 6 days but now believe this has raised my cortisol levels. I don't remember the last time I had a rest day. I think after today, I will lower my deficit by at least 500 calories and stop doing two-a-days.

    Quick little update. I had a great workout, did deadlifts for the first time in over half a year. I have had two sciatic nerve pinches so I laid off of them for a while. Did rack deads only. Anyways, they felt great. Also, even though I weigh a full 10 lbs. more I got the weight belt on the 9th hole which is the smallest I could get it at 190lbs. This junk food low protein diet is rocking.

    I find nearly 500 kcals to be rather high for a 50 minute lift sesh. What android app are you using?

    I use calorie counter by fat secret. A lot of the calorie numbers will seem high since unlike other apps, this one adds what I would've burned at rest for those 50 minutes with what I burn lifting weights. You cannot enter any activity without subtracting another. If you notice all my activities always add up to 24 hours. Other apps add the calories burned to your daly bmr or rmr so the total will be less. Make sense?

    Weighed in today. 199.8. Calorie total puts me at 197.66. So calorie total has caught up and is now surpassing actual weight loss. Curious to see how it plays out from here. On a good note, I am continuously looking better. If I wasn't keeping track of calories in vs. out I would swear that I was eating at maintenance and recomping.

    Not really body or face wise yet but I am not quite lean enough. I notice it on the scale however..


    Hit shoulders today. Don't remember the full WO but I did dumbbell shoulder presses. 60'sx15 80'sx10 90'sx8 85'sx8 85'sx6. I super seted with bent over laterals to really hit the rear delts. I then moved on to hammer strength shoulder presses and finished with 46 min on the elliptical. Shoulders looked pretty pumped.

    I am a 911 dispatcher. We have desks that raise so that I can perform my duties standing. I also stand while on my computer at home. It burns a lot more calories than resting which is pretty much what most of my co-workers do at work reclining in their chairs. This allows me to eat 2800-3400 calories on a cut while still maintaining a 1000+ calories deficit. Of course over time it seems that my body is possibly burning less calories since I am so used to it now. I wonder if this is why my weight loss slowed down?

    Any experts in the matter able to chime in here?
