    To see if protein numbers "required" are simply inflated. So far so good. Strength is still up, muscles look full and fat percentage is dropping. Supplement free. I quit the creatine after 2 days.

    my mate cut on ~2,400 calories and 0.8g protein per kg of bodyweight thats the standard daily intake here in Australia and he cut up nicely ~10%
    So you should be fine IMO/

    Water fluctuations are a little crazy. I was 199.8 on 02/28 200.8 on 02/29 200.8 on 03/01 and 201.4 today. I am looking leaner by the day and my deficit is too high to gain muscle so water retention should be the only answer. You can see why people become frustrated when they think they are doing everything right. I am sticking to my guns for at least another week. If weight loss is still stalled I will increase the calories. Waiting on the wooooooosh.

    In for epic results using "anti-bro" macros, haha. Water retention is quite fun if you don't stress about it. When I finished my last 12-week cut I ended up @174lbs and quite depleted, maintained for a month (gained 6lbs of water) and was looking leaner then ever.
