DHL International Shipping

I know wrong section, but I figured since your supplements are being shipped with DHL it sort of fits here- plus it gets more exposure.

Just wondering what everyones experience with their shipping is. I got the super save shipping which was said to take 4-8 business days to arrive. I ordered a week ago today. The tracking number I received only started working today and it says the package is in Auburn, WA. Ive heard from other members that the tracking only starts when the package enters your country (Canada in this case) and it is pretty slow. So, from your experience do you think my order is in Canada now and the DHL tracking is just horrible at updated. As this is my first time ordering when DHL has been active I am curious on how efficient they actually help. Any comments on your experiences with them would be sweet!

This. I placed an order on Oct 3rd nothing arrived yet. Then I placed an order on DEC 22 same shiat. It used to take 1 month or less.

Using USPS priority/express is MUCH better in my experience, try it.Takes a maximum of 2 weeks for your goods to arrive and they keep a good tracking record! (DHL ditches the tracking and leaves it to AUpost to do the rest, aupost doesn't update it's tracking system often if at all).
in any case I don't use BB.com anymore for my supps unless they have an awesome deal on wheycheap.

Apparently that's a "glitch" according to bb.com custy service. I was so choked when they told me that it'll still be 8-20 business days when my order confirmation clearly states 4-8.

I live in the GTA and my order is usually at my door within 8 business days from the day I ordered. I hate Canada Post with a passion, they always manage to screw something of mine up!

I asked customer service yesterday when I put in a order and they said they changed it to the 4-8 days as this is the actual timeline most of the Canadian customers receive orders in. That is exactly what she said! So i put through an order yesterday we will see how long it takes to get to Vancouver. Hopefully i get it within the timeline and will keep everyone posted!

So the "new and improved" 4-8 day shipping to Canada is still 8-20?? That's ridiculous. I spoke to a CS rep yesterday before putting in my order and I asked them if the 4-8 day shipping was a glitch, and she assured me that in fact it wasn't a glitch but an upgrade to their shipping. We shall see if this is true heh.
In regards to DHL, I ordered off NP last week and it shipped with DHL, arrived at my door in 3 days.

Here in Brazil, DHL comes with 3-4 weeks at my home D:

DHL international mail, the cheap shipping, takes on average 1 month to get to you, so plan ahead.

I can only say one thing. Fr all sorts of orders thats best in shipping and overall cost. Just do yourself a favour and buy it from iHerb. lol

But if its not avail there than just suck it up and buy it from BB.com

DHL is quite bad. I ordered 4-9 business days to the UK, and apparently they use other companies to do their work, and the customs problems I had to go through yesterday and today were a nightmare.

Whenever I order with UPS, they take care of customs, I pay fees upon delivery, customs clears fast, no issues.

I have never gotten billed anything extra upon delivery. Last I checked the shipping rates quoted are to include any duty and fees. You should be alright.

Weird, I was so bitter when my order status said 4-8 and chickee said to expect 8-20. Either way, I think this might be my last order from here. My other site gets it to me in 5 business days max for the same shipping costs... And there's a crapload of samples every single time.

Where do you order from? Last time I ordered from somewhere not named BB.com I got pegged with 60 dollars in duty fees and other crap I had to pay.

I have never had to put up with customs so I'm hoping that stays the same, then again I've never shipped with DHL before either. I just want my supps!!!

My sub-total from NP was $79 for 3 bottles of Lean Xtreme, plus $25 for their 2-4 day express shipping. When DHL arrived at my door, I had to fork over an additional $21 to them($11 for taxes, and $10 for a "processing fee"). That's the only reason why I order off bb.com, despite how terrible their 3 week standard shipping is heh. I'd rather pay $30 total for shipping/duties/taxes on a $250 order, than $46 total for a $77 order.

DHL are c[b]unts, they don't even accept debit as payment for their "fees". BB.com used to get me my orders in less than seven business days, now it's just unreal.
