So the other day i was at the gym and was super keen, so i did a really big Bi and Tri workout with some calves. I added sets and reps on to my bis and tris and gave the weighted calf raises a good run for there money. For the rest of the week though my calves have been really tight and sore if i sit down for too long when i get back up i hobble around like a zombie for awhile until they get warmer, and with my arms ive only just started to be able to bend them fully straight. Im on BCAA'S and zma i know ive over done it but what causes that and how do you make it go away quicker if it happens again? Im not hardcore into weights or anything just starting to take it seriously. I also stretched before and after my workout.
