I'll be doing these once a week. Already have other lifts in my routine, but I want to add these. I know I know, I need to do regular squats, but I workout at home and don't have a squat rack. Other workouts: Bench, Press, Pendlay Rows, Deadlift.
I was thinking:
4 sets of 6 for FS
4 sets of 8 for BB lunges
