Ronnie is a mess
He will forever be the goat though. If he still loves getting up on stage that's good. But he will 100% never be a threat to anybody in competitive bodybuilding.

Big Ron. Love him to pieces but man all that "yeah buddy" training? Well that's what it gets you. 18 injuries and going from GOAT look to wth happened look.
If the body isn't trashed, a 220lb version of a 280lb man should still have good proportions. Which is clearly not the case here.
Sad really. But good on him for getting up there.

Leave Big Ron alone.we should all be happy that he did what he did in the past allowing us to see the best bodybuilder that ever walked this earth .All the others look good but they didn't won 8 olympias or walk on stage at 280 and ripped with guns blazinfor such a loong time .Every medal has its own reverse.someone better put some gifs with him so we can all remember why his body "looks like trash " as some say(because he was the freakin GOAT packed with so much muscles that it was just ....behind comprehension)
