My roommates said golf and football. My mind was obliterated. Very few sports even come remotely close IMO

I know guys who dislocated their hand on a routine, jumped off the high bar, popped it back in, got up, and finished their routine. I've seen guys do doubles off the highbar and smack their shins on the metal bar.
also lol, I would tell a "long distance runner" to do gymnastics and see how much pain they'd feel the next day, but they'd be limited to forward rolls and just swinging on the rings/high bar

Each sport takes skill over mind and body, they are just focused in different ways.He who lets the world, or his own portion of it, choose his plan of life for him, has no need of any other faculty than the ape-like one of imitation. He who chooses his plan for himself, employs all his faculties. He must use observation to see, reasoning and judgment to foresee, activity to gather materials for decision, discrimination to decide, and when he has decided, firmness and self-control to hold to his deliberate decision.
