Can somebody help me find that study where the guy fasted supervised for 300+ days? My search terms apparently suck and I can't remember if it was posted here or regular nutrition.

FYI: The patient was a 456 pound male who dropped to 180 pounds after 382 days of fasting, which implies his TDEE averaged 2,528 calories per day.

When I write my book on natural bodybuilding I'll be including the water-only diet for rapid cutting. Actually I'll be making a submission to the patent office this week in the event that someoen else has read this study and is considering stealing my idea.

Why should it be surprising? It's posted here 1000x per day: "meal timing is irrelevant".
He just timed ALL of his in the years before that fast.

Speaking of studies.. I know a lot of have them archieved like I used to..
Any good studies about the "squats boots your test and gives you huge gains everywhere"...?
