calorie questions

2 quick questions. ok i know most "zero" calorie stuff contains a few calores. im cutting and i guess probably a little overobsessive but i gotta know because i use a ton of this stuff. first anyone know how many calories are in i cant believe its not butter spray? i know if you use only the one spray it recomends for a serving it's negligible but what if i put like 20 sprays on? 2 calories per spray? i dunno lol. and also walden farms productrs. theyre no calorie but i know they have a few so if you use multiple servings how mumch do you think it adds up to? thx!

Read the nutritional information on the packages for an understanding, or use google.

musclemadeeasy that normally is a good suggestion but those things SAY zero calories but definitely have some bc of the ingredients but since u dont know exactly how much of each ingredient is in it its hard to know.

barn thanks thats a good point, lol i wonder how many sprays is a gram? i need a really acutate scale haha no I'm not that obsessive but itd be interesting to see how many calories say 10 sprays has
