Hello maybe someone can help me out im an 18 year old male and 3 years ago I lost 75 lbs but in a very unhealthy way (I ate 800 calories a day for 2 1/2 months) I now weigh 155 lbs have loose skin that is not extremely bad but my main problem is with my legs and the way i lost weight also made me loose alot of muscle. All of my fat is stored there and combined with my loose skin its really misshapen and flabby. Everyone who touches my butt comments on how it either feels like jello or a water balloon. Ive been off an on working out and ive built my upper body a little but my legs have not changed. I dont know if I need to loose more weight in my legs or just build them because every time I start something new a week or 2 later I give up and look for something else to try.
