Hiit
Hello!
I'm doing a contest prep now, I have HIIT 5 times a week and it really makes me tired... Any suggestions? Should I do that after lifting or in the morning and lifting in the evening?
Help
Thanks

The diet is mainly chicken, brown rice, protein shake, banana, oatmeal, spinach and peanut butter...
6 meals a day.
I lift 4 times a week and hiit 5 times a week after lifting and during days off. But I just started that plan I feel like high intensity that much is draining my body...

Prepping for 2012
I would take it easy with the HIIT. It sounds like you are already beginning to burn out. Post up your total calories and macros. How many weeks out are you?
