I have a very low BF %, and I was wondering how to get my arms super Cut so there is alot of definition...they have grown a little from where they used to be, and my BI's are big when I flex, and my Tri's look very cut when I put my arm completely straight..I lift Heavy weight for around 6-10 reps. They are growing, but I want them CUT too when they get huge...will more sets of less weight do it, or what should I do????
