I weighed in at 179.9 lbs. I'm 5'9" at 19.5 % BF - looking to hit 165lbs or 10%BF.
I've been on a cutting diet for a month now and have not lost any weight. I've calculated my BMR to be ~2300 cals/day and am only eating ~1800 cals + exercising. Am I not eating enough? Kind of discouraging.

Don't be discouraged, especially if the 'weight' is not dropping. The body does not necessarily lose weight when calories are under maintenance as long as you are lifting. Generally speaking the weight should go down, however not by much as muscle is being gained and hence body recomposition is occurring. Don't worry just stick with it and the results will come, if you feel it is taking time then lower the calories by 100 each week until progress is made. Over the past year I have kept calories low and have lifted heavy/moderate cardio, my body has recomposed dramatically even though I have lost at the most 3kgs...so there is light at the end of the road. Never give up and keep training/eating right, together we will lean out.

Had about an hour looking through my progress photo's last night. Great for reminding yourself how far you've come but also how far there still is to go.Nitro's Transformation Thread veteran.

Ahahahahahahaaa! New Rule. Nitro is threatening to take pics of your username written on his body if you drop out next week.
Just kidding , but if you want I volunteer to hound you if you need me to. I might not have regular internet access between mid-Feb and mid-March, however. Check the spreadsheet in Nitro's sig - lots of people drop out early. It's no big deal if you're trying to lose fat and you gain 5 or 10 lbs (pls no) next week. The bigger deal is you giving up altogether./PSA

I'm not sure when the official weigh-in day is, but I started my new eating habits about three days ago.
After a ****ty dream where I had my pockets stuffed with candies, I woke up and weighed myself. I haven't even gone to the gym yet and my weight went from 238 to 231!! Never underestimate the power of making small changes.

173.2 same as last weeks lowest. I steered away from my 1600 calories this whole week . Took 3 days off cause I was feeling ill and drained after like 4 weeks of no rest days. Either way I'll take at least being the same as last week since I had days I went up to 2500 and a few 2000 days. Going to try to stay around 1600 every day again this week and see if I still lose 2-3 pounds.
Also hoping that it's not the low calories taking a toll on me. Cause anything higher than 1600 and I just don't lose.

Ok, this is a repost from a question I posted on the main Workout Programs board (no responses yet), but I am really looking for opinions from folks who have cut using the Gethin 12 Hardcore program along with the LeanGains IF eating protocol.
I'm looking for opinions, thoughts, heartburns, etc., concerning Kris Gethins 12 Week Hardcore training program and the implementation of the Intermittent Fasting (IF) eating protocol from LeanGains. Who's doing/done it? What was your experience? Any recommendations? Any gripes? What LeanGain protocol did you use? Thanks in advance for your input! I'm sure I'm not the only one considering implementing this regimen.Current Lifts:

So after my bad case of the munchies yesterday (I had an orange), I felt much better all night and today. No bad carb cravings or anything. And it's kind of nice having a support group at work, no matter how silly that sounds.
I'm starting to look into supps now that I think I'm getting past the "this is hard, I want to stop" phase. I already have some good whey at home, from when I was lifting over the summer, so I'm thinking casein and a creatine product. Any thoughts on supps?
