Today i'm 174.6.

Also, i'm very sore.
Changing up the workout gave me the DOMS bad.

weight this morning, 301.3! good stuff!
its no longer a question of if i will get under 300, it is when! i noticed that some of you mentioned that working out will give me better body composition, as opposed to just eating right. my question to you is, can i achieve results with a basic home workout? elliptical trainer, pushups, body weight exercises, etc......"Discipline is the bridge between your goals and achievement."

Yes, you can still achieve results working out at home, however, unless you have a lot of equipment and space, your gains will be limited by your equipment. The sooner you get into a real gym and get working on a professional workout routine, the better.. You can make massive strength and muscle gains as you fall under the category of overfat beginner. Your in a spot where you can do both at the same time really well.
You can trust us man.. Bite the bullet and get your ass into a real gym. You'll thank us for telling you to do so later on.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

Ate solid again today. Had a good workout. Almost finished my entire workout, but I skipped out on the last two sets of bicep iso work. Db area was too crowded. Macros in for the day: 2,499 314 61 186 (cals, carbs, fats, pro).... rawr... belly feeling a little upset today for some reason. Little tired as well. Need to go to sleep early tonight.

163lbs this week.
Currently got a terrible sinus infection along with the flu, been to hospital etc but I just need to take it easy for a bit. Tomorrow I get my stitches re-evaluated (said early this thread). Been vomitting etc and struggling to eat and still weighed lost 1lbs. Hoping to feel better by Easter time :\
Late Edit: Oh, and suspected food poisoning as well (got lunch with a friend of mine and he also started to vomit the day after like I did over it)Last edited by Renskol; 03-29-2012 at 02:05 AM.

Nice work Nitro! Consistent brother! I need to make it through this weekend without completely wrecking my progress. I dropped my calories from 2000 to 1900 on non w/o days and what "feels" like a clean free-for-all on work out days. I count dem calories on the w/o days, but I never have trouble staying at around ~2500. I did get a "Hey, have you been working out?" at work yesterday...feelsgoodman.

i'm hoping because i'm going with higher protien on lifting days & higher carbs on cardio days I won't get into the flat dry state I was in when I went low carb.
So I should look better at 165 this time around than I did back in Nov.
this weekend is going to tough.
I have a benefit to goto & a wrestlemania party. LOL!
I plan on a meager breakfast & lunch of mostly protien & saving the bulk of my cals for later.
