Nice. i'm 32 loose fit now since I bulked.
Last summer I was 31/32 straight leg.
And towards the end of my cut in Dec. I was wearing some 30's & 30 slim-fit.
I plan to be in those again for summer.
I'm thinking in about 5lbs (170) i'll be back in my 32 straight legs.
I carry a lot of fat on my upper ass which makes them uncomfortable to wear.
I miss them. LOL!

Morning peeps! Middle back is sore today. Got a monster gym session planned... Abs, chest + finishing my leg workout from yesterday.. Perhaps a bit too ambitious? All while fasted of course. Weight was down .4 today despite eating lots of sodium for dinner. LOLz.... Im really enjoying eating more food this cut. Cutting at 2500 calories seems to help my body retain more muscle. I cannot wait to see what my body will look like in 10 lbs. I was looking back at some of my pics from November last year.. My shoulders and chest have grown quite a bit. My shoulders look much thicker.

Morning all.. My weight was up a bit today. My water intake was whack, I went over my calories ate out twice and I drank last night.. LOLZ
Despite that, I went to the gym yesterday and lifted twice.. Leg presses, squats, leg extensions (PR on those). Abs, and did about 12 sets of various bench + I threw in some chin ups and dips as well. Needless to say, I am sore and I'm likely to develop DOMS as the day progresses. Hey, I wanted to say thank you for the kind comment. I was on the verge of a... shall we say "upside deviation from my daily caloric goals" last night and thought back to this comment. I ended up drinking 1/2 gallon of water, took a walk, and went to bed early. Thank you!

Back into deficit mode after eating at maintenance for a week, made PR's for lifting yesterday, proud for that. Just feeling that stomach fat still, it's definitely not motivating looking down or feeling the fat around my stomach or it could be that I'm looking at myself every day and not seeing much change. Aiming to be under 75kg this week, good job for everyone else.
Edit: On Size 32 Jeans right now, wearing a belt with 3 notches up, the jeans themselves feel some-what loose(straight leg). I'd feel best in a 30/31 tbh but saving money. Yet, still too much fat on my stomachLast edited by Renskol; 03-19-2012 at 03:36 AM.

Damn, nitro - you may be the sickest person I've ever met. LOL, I literally don't ever get sick. Haven't really even had a cold in a year or so.

Here's something crazy... My hips have grown 1.5" in the past 5 weeks... And my pants are now tighter in the butt area than they were at the end of my bulk. I came off EC stack a while ago, and since I've been back cutting the past few weeks, I've been working my legs a lot, also this is the highest amount of calories I've ever cut at.
Not sure what the culprit is and I'm not even sure I believe it myself, but it appears that I am both losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. Like I said, I cannot explain it... Far too many variables involved. But I really believe it is happening and I'm not sure why? I know I've been busting my ass harder than ever at the gym. I am still hitting some PR's every week even though I am cutting again.
I'm not complaining at all, mind you. Just something I've observed recently and not really sure what is causing it. But its been happening long enough now for me not to just blow it off as coincidence.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget
