ILL have to weigh in tomorrow
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Yes, people underestimate how much just being on your feet burns. For example, I burn almost 100 more calories per hour standing than I do reclining in a chair. I have a desk that raises at work so I can do my job standing so I burn an extra 800 calories per day. That is another Blizzard I can consume daily. haha.
Anyway, I hit 199.8. I expected a possible gain since I had two surplus days so I will take it!Add me on instagram @davidgzz1981

So, at the rate ive been going...what do you guys think the chance of me hitting 220 before the end of March is? Its kind of a personal goal to me. The first weekend of April I have a feeling I'm going to absolutely wreck my cals. Making a trip to the casino's in Tunica, MS and Ive made a deal with myself that if im not at 220 by then im gonna force myself to stay at a 500 deficit. If I make the 220 mark, im gonna splurge on some lobster dinners.

Honestly quite surprised I made it back down and lost another pound on top of what I already had. Last Wednesday evening I went over the top on carbs and milk/water and woke up the next morning at 207. Looking at the recent trend, hopefully I'll be around 196-195 come next week. I actually wasn't even planning on a good run to 182 by May 1st, but it's looking more and more possible as it gets closer and I keep losing at a fairly elevated rate.2011 Weight Loss || Start: 295 lbs MAY: 282 lbs JUN: 266 lbs JUL: 250 lbs AUG: 240 lbs SEP: 225 lbs OCT: 222 lbs NOV: 211 lbs DEC: 205 lbs

197.8, and finally below 200 it feels pretty damn good. I'm about 8 or 9 pounds from being in the normal BMI range on the chart, which is unbelievable to me. I think I'd be most comfortable around 180ish, but I think I'll push to 170 for the even 200 pound weight loss, just to say I did it then bulk up a bit. Success is addictive...

forgot to weigh in yest.
176 today.
Yest. Macs:
cals 1,645
carbs 173
fats 45
prot 145
That was AFTER a PB&J I forced down when I logged my meals & realized I ate basically nothing most of the day.
I have no appetite.
This cold has wiped me out.
Not lifting either.
After working all day all I can do at home is just take it easy.
Chugging two gals of water a day & still waking up dehydrated. LOL!
pity party for Nitro. LOL!
I'll update spread sheet later tonight.

true, last week my diet was WAY off, and the scale showed me that, but i dont think my goal is at all retarded-- i appreciate the fact that you have been there and the work you put in to get where you are now, so i just need to be able to put in at least some of the same effort you put in, and be 100% dedicated to my diet. with that i feel that i can reach my goal by may 1st

Been learning more about eating healthy and one thing is common excess of anything is bad. Im cutting my avocado consumption to half an avocado a day apaerantly too much beta sisterol is bad for the arteries. Im also keeping my protein consumption to 100 grams a day or less. And eating 80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic. Im feeling so much better since doing this and im full all the time because i get in 30 grams of fiber a day.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Is there dancing at your pity party? Because if there is, I'm all in! Hope you get better.
I was able to do some land training with my outrigger crew. I couldn't do some of the stuff (kinda boot-camp style) because of my oblique. It's getting better, slowly. It really doesn't hurt when I sneeze anymore.
Gonna try weights tonight--my favorite Pauline Nordin butt workout. We'll see just how far I can get. I've gotta get some running in. I'm doing the Warrior Dash next Saturday. LOLKristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

The home gym workout was okay. I can squat, but I can't deadlift yet, too much oblique accessory stuff going on. The kids were being nuts and I felt totally distracted. After 5x10 squats, my #2 boy drops a glass jar in the house, so I spent 20 minutes squatting while I picked up glass. That was not in the program! After that, I went through motions, but wasn't feeling it. I'm glad my workout partner was with me or I would have just quit.

Back in September I decided to really buckle down and lose weight after many years of wanting to, trying to, and failing. This time I stuck with it. In September I was at my heaviest weight 326lbs and feeling horrible about myself. I set a goal of 275lbs by March 10th. On January 17th of this year I stepped on the scale and saw 275. Almost a full 2 months early. Of course I wasn't satisfied. I took some time to recalculate my goals. On Jan 17th I decided to shoot for 260 by March 10th. Another 15 pounds in a tad shy of 2 months. As of this morning I made my goal. 259lbs with a day to go and a gym session coming tonight. In total I am almost down 70 pounds. I appreciate all the support and help I have received here. You guys are great. This weekend I will take a look at my goals and press towards 210 lbs.
You guys and gals rock. Never give up. Get what you want and don't let go!~Former 300 Pound Club Member~
