Hah! My friend and I were JUST discussing this. You should see what the overachieving moms are doing at school. It's f8cking Halloween!
In storage? You plan on fitting into them again?
Hey, at least you've got it out of the way. The rest of your Valentine's Days should be awesome now. Besides, it's not a real holiday anyway. xo
Spend the day at the beach...me, my congestion and my youngest kid. It was nice. Diet is okay.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

Finally feel good about a day of food! Been eating way over my goals.. Fulking FTW! LOL
Macros in for the day: (3,143 385 92 208) cals, carbs, fats, pro.. Had a diet relatively low in sodium and high in potassium. Was an off day today, but did spend about 45minutes/1 hour playing ping pong tonight. Gained 3-4 lbs this weekend. Ate like crap. Need to reel it back in a bit. I may take off tomorrow if my shoulder doesn't feel better. I can't imagine doing back with a sore shoulder.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

In for motivation. Started official cut 1.5 weeks ago. Down 1kg (2.2lbs) the first week have my diet locked in so far this week so hoping for more of the same.
Anyone else only really have trouble on the weekends? I'm find during the week when I'm busy with work, family etc but on the weekend when I have spare time is the hard part for sticking with the diet....Repping BTK'ers and Aussies on sight.....

Sorry - didn't catch where Strongmeat gave tips and don't feel like reading. Did you use an alternating grip? That helps you overcome your grip limitations and lift more. Recommended!
168.4lbs today. That's the lowest I've been since high school, I think. Couldn't be happier.Fat and weak, but getting better.

Weighed in at 234 this am. Another 2lb weekly loss. Tracking to be sub 230 by 3/1/12! Taking a different approach to my training and started the All Pro Beginners program on Monday. I've found that, while I'm experienced in terms of overall training history, when I step away from heavy weights/training all together then jump back in, I start WAY too heavy and fail to build a solid foundation. I burn myself out this way, have horrible DOMS which gets to be so bad that it effects my quality of life. Going to build a base this time. Swallow some pride with the plates, and just stick to the daggum program. I'll get back to pushing the big stuff soon (by the end of this cut for certain!) but will be able to maintain that level for quite some time (I hope!). Outlook is GOOD brah's!

Nice progress man! What's your deficit been like? What did you calc your calories/macros to get you where you are today? I'm trying to have similar results/progress and was just wondering what you did that worked for you? Repped for kicking @$$ and taking names with your steady weightloss!

201.8 from 205.7 last week. Had a strong week with few distractions. Hoping next week I hit my initial goal of 200lbs, I am supposed to be there by gf's bday March 15 so I think it's in the bag!

Down only 1lb to 264 and I was hoping for more. Please tell me that heavy lifting is really making the loss all fat! I am certainly adding weight to lifts every workout.
