I hate it when that happens.
I knew the "erm", but really had no idea about the NSFW. I need to take notes. lol
I'm 5'3 and working around a 1400-1600 calories/day. Sort of. I'm not really measuring, so it's likely I'm going over. We'll see about what happens to scale weight next weigh in. So that's probably 200-400 deficit. I think.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"
The scale does not own me. :)

Well, I don't want to speak too soon, but I'm gonna anyway. I'm on day 4 of my PSMF a la Lyle McDonald and it's going insanely well. I've lost 2 lbs, and the diet is actually really easy. Getting 900-1000 calories per day and 140-160 grams protein. It's weird watching the scale go down every single morning.
Somehow I convinced my gf to do it as well. Definitely helping me to stick to it. We'll see how long I can keep this up, but so far so good!Fat and weak, but getting better.

203.4 this A.M. I am that sweaty guy in the gym, every time... so water weight fluctuations are pretty big, probably didn't drink enough after gym last night. Hoping to be this weight at official weigh in.

Hmmm - not sure I have any lower body pics. I'll be sure to snap some next time I get the tripod out.
For lunch it's always M + V + D where M = chicken or fish and V = broccoli, kale, or spinach. D is always equal to cottage cheese with cocoa powder and splenda. During this PSMF I add no cooking oils. It's a mundane existence, especially for someone who loves to cook, but oh well. Only 4-6 weeks...Fat and weak, but getting better.

also im doing ZERO weight training.....in the past i would always put the gym and eating right in the same category, so when i didnt go to the gym, i would get down on my self and binge on bad food. now im keeping it simple, im 320 lbs, so i need to lose weight......no weights, basketball when i feel like it, but the #1 rule i follow is 6 days of strict eating and portion control, and 1 day a week where i go ape sh*t (although it is never ok to eat fast food, anything deep fried, or soda.)
i hope this works"Discipline is the bridge between your goals and achievement."

I have one that I go to, though it uses brown sugar in the recipe:
http://busycooks.about.com/od/chicke.../saucychix.htm
Incorporate weightlifting into your routine. It's proven to help speed up the rate of fat loss, and it gives you an avenue to keep your muscles (or build on them if you're still new to lifting) while losing fat. Don't want to drop all that fat and have to start at less than zero because you've been losing muscle, too.
Though, I understand if you see it as something that could make you stray from the diet. You doing any cardio? Walking on an incline, jogging, elliptical? On a thermogenic/EC stack?Proud member of Team Ogre

I like marinating chicken breasts in buffalo wing sauce, and then for a meal I'll have broccoli (or some other vegetable), grilled buffalo chicken, and a carefully measured amount of blue cheese dressing.
But I also don't think the sugar in teriyaki marinade will kill you unless you're going very low carb.My log (SS --> 5/3/1): forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139629253

Not trying to tell you what to do just wanted to give a suggestion. I used to do what you do but ended up erasing a whole week of a calorie deficit on that one cheat day. I suggest allowing yourself what you like to eat a few times a day so that you do not obsess about that cheat day. It's calories in vs. calories out. At your bodyweight you should be able to fit anything you want, in moderation, into your diet. IMO your way of dieting is simply a recipe for yo-yo dieting. I no longer have a need for a binge day since I never feel deprived.Add me on instagram @davidgzz1981

I just ordered a healthmaster for emulsifing raw fruits and veggies into liguid with the fiber included. This is a perfect item for someone like me who hates the taste of vegetables alone.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
