ive been busting my @ss this week, eating right and exercising. i walk jogged 6 miles surrounded by giant redwoods and the ocean this past Saturday......gonna play some basketball at lunch today, do some push ups and abs rolls this evening and run a mile on the treadmill before bed.....i hope to get to 315 for tomorrows weigh in .......
all in all i feel 100% motivated, and ready to work!

Peaked a day early, but I think it qualifies anyway. I am under 200 pounds for the first time since middle school! I'm also really happy with the drastic change in my face just between 205-199. It seems like half of it came off my neck, which is awesome because I've always been self conscious of my multiple chins. Taking my official progress pictures tomorrow. I'm just barely less weight than I was two months ago, but the difference in body composition from taking a diet break (read: bulking) in January feels huge.

I'm happy with that, nothing really to complain about lol. Just need to focus more on my diet soon (I've been using IF with IIFYM, it's working fine but I'm not sure by snacking on a small chocolate bar a day is best [although losing weight], but hopefully I should have my cut done by May (my ultimate goal right now)). Looking forward to see how everyone else has done.
197.4lbs this morning. 6.6lbs loss for the month. Dropped 1% bodyfat in a week to 14.6%. Will put up a couple pics later. only been 28 days since the last set but its changing quite quickly now

Peaked early. Came in yesterday at 229. This morning at 231. Lifted heavy and ate massive carbs (for me anyway) yesterday, although that's my usual Monday rutine, not Tuesday, and will likely be back below 230 tomorrow. So I'll book no change for this week :-/ May have to strip myself of my Fat Loss Comp Green Crew sig :*( But I'll be back next week brah's!
This week has been a mess, have been home with a stomach virus. Haven't been able to eat properly or even leave the house. Weighed in at 181 lbs.
I probably only got in around 1000 cals a day for 3-4 days, just hope I haven't lost a lot of muscle. Heading back to the gym again tonight, can't wait!
193, kind of to be expected after all the binging I did yesterday. Will be eating at maintenence/slightly over for a couple weeks to try and change my mood. Find myself easily irritable/very tired lately.

I'd say pretty accurate - but you seem to have very evenly distributed fat. You and I are the same size. My lean body mass is 161 lbs.. What is your wrist size and what are your lift numbers? (flat bench, deadlift, squats, etc)?
im starting to notice a huge difference if i workout and diet, as opposed to just dieting. i started this program this week, 100pushups dot com. lets see if i can complete it, as it is only 6 weeks. i am also doing the ab roller 3 times a week, basketball twice a week, and jogging a mile 3 times a week (this being my first week for them all..)
it was horrible, i ran a mile in 18:39......ouch! (i hope when i go deer hunting a bear dont chase me, ill be in trouble.)
im hoping to better my mile time each time i run. So tomorrow i am pumper to push it higher. this thread is so motivating! keep up the posts guys, we can reach our goals come may 1st!!

294.8 this morning. Two tenths of a pound? F*ck you, scale. Still, I definitely notice a little bit leaner look in the mirror since I broke below 300. Still a long, long, looooooooong way to go.
Yes I'm fat, but at least I'm working on it, unlike most other fatties. No self-delusion, no excuses.
Wait does this mean everybody has to resend weights?
173-165 = 8lbs
8/173 * 100% = 4.62%
179-169 = 10lbs
10/179 * 100% = 5.59%
