Doesn't NEED to be on that day it's just nice to not have to update the sheet every day.
I'll continue to track those loosing weight like I always have & i'll figure out what to do with the re-comper's & bulker's as we go.
This thread is primarily for motivational purposes.
We got a good group here with a lot of helpful people so come join us.
