    Oh and in the OP's video, that's the guy ( Eddie Robinson ) that got me started in wanting to join a gym and get serious about lifting. It's been in my profile, but anyway.

    thats awesome - i can see how he would have inspired other's for sure! and yeah seen all those routines before. it was a wild concept, wbf. one thing i noticed was the conditioning was never spot on. was that all part of it?

    Yeah, at the time is was like the B list of Pro's. The one's that didn't want to fall under the Joe Weider. But yeah, in that show you could see everyone was not in contest shape. All but Gary Strydom who lives daily in contest shape, lol. Hence why he won it easy. Odd thing was, Eddie was with Joe before that under the Muscle and Fitness contract.

    Although the WBF did many things right and much better than the IFBB, they also decided to drug test certain athletes. This lead to less than sub par performances.
