can someone help me with macros...
alright so im currently bulking, at 200 16-17 % bf.... i want to cut to around 180 ~10% bf, gotta shed about 16 pounds of fat hopefully not loosing too much muscle in the process...
so far on my bulk to gain muscle i eat about 4000 calories a day give or take a few
what would be my macros for a cut 2800 cals, 60% protein 30% fat 10% carbs... see this is what i mean what would be a good macro for cut 60/30/10
sorry this is my first time cutting ever please help me i kno i have not a clue about cutting.
i would be cutting since the start of march until about june, this enough? do i need more time?

I am cutting right now, my advice is not to use a 'formula' just go by standards like 1 g protein per pound of body weight etc. Also, forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=133163973
And once you are cutting for a few weeks just adjust your caloric needs based on the amount of weight you are losing. Try to stay at or under 2 lbs per week.Bench: 175x1
Squat: 215x1
Deadlift: 255x1
