Train with Roelly Winklaar

Hi guys,

as some of you might remember a while ago there was a thread about Roelly vs Phil. It sparked the debate whether or not Roelly should get a new trainer, some claimed Sibil's (Oma/Grandma) training techniques insufficient and that Roelly would do better with another trainer like Farah, Rambod,...

Sibil replied on this thread and challenged anyone of us to join her for training session. I was quick to accept the challenge since Roelly is one of my favourite pro's and it's a once in a lifetime experience for someone like me (will tell my grandchildren, serious). I'll have the opportunity to learn alot and I'll probably be recorded puking on camera, win-win.

NOW: I recently mailed Sibil to see if the challenge still stands, she replied very soon and says in a couple of weeks february 21st. She told me to make a thread about it and link it to her (hence this thread).

wish me luck, i'll be repping the IFBB section!

Only thing is, once you've trained with her and no doubt have a seriously hard session, 2 questions will bug me...

1. Did she train you a lot harder than she usually does with Roelly just to prove a point.
2. Once you've had a hard session.. how do we know that Farah etc wouldn't be even harder!?

Either way, its gonna be cool bro, very jealous indeed!!

First off congrats OP. Get lots of picture's.

Next, I read other thread. A whole lot of nonsense going on in that there thread, lol. But expected in the Pro section.

Next, only a fool would think Roelly is not going to go head to head with Phil. We can all clearly see this coming. Phils been a Pro now since what 2006? While Roelly was 2010. So he has one year under his belt. Yet look at the massive gains this guy is doing. If you also look, Phils 2007 Arnold Classic, 5th, 2008 Arnold Classic, 2nd, 2008 Mr Olympia, 3rd, 2009 Mr Olympia, 5th, 2010 Arnold Classic, 2nd, 2010 Mr Olympia, 2nd. So while Phil has been a great force in the game. He has not been number 1 since turning Pro. We all see Roelly on this same path of growth and experience. He is already beating long time Pro's on stage. Let's just see how it all plays out as the year goes ahead. One thing for sure is. The sport needs this kind of competition. Both guys are awesome and let's not forget about Kai all of a sudden either.

that's dope regardless dude. Who really knows what trainer is the best though? obviously roelly is a monster, but hany has 2 mr o's training under him. Fact of the matter is I hope you eat heavy for a couple days before this, because she'll be out to make you puke i bet. Good luck man!

Whoa, way late in my reply but congrats TTimmerman! Definitely a cool opportunity! You should take a friend along to get some pics or vids or something. Would be tight to see how Sibil trains peeps and the advice she offers during training!
