This is my Miniature Golden Retriever. He's entering his prime very soon.
He's really anxious to use supplements but I'm unsure if I should allow him to use supplements or not. I know some of the stuff on the market works, but some of that stuff is dangerous. I've heard you can ruin kidneys by using too much protein & creatine. I bought him these supplements
He uses them regularly, but it seems he's ready to add some performance supplements. Though I've expressed my concerns about him using supplements, I recently caught him using supplements a few times.
Every time the mail man comes by, he runs to the window, hoping it's the mail man with an order for him.
He keeps mentioning something about the place where it snows. The other night he used some XF 2.0 and the casein in it made him sleep like this
I'm just very confused. Should I go ahead and let him use these supplements?

Cool, I'm gonna try & find some EVOO today when I go shopping. Gotta make sure I keep his coat in good condition. I've been buying him that dog meat you find in Pets Mart & mixing it with his dog food, trying to keep his protein synthesis up while making sure his body doesn't go into a catabolic state. I researched lots of dog foods and Costco Kirkland Signature dog food is actually high quality. Really good ingredients, and it's $27 for a 40lb bag.

Yep. When I first got him everyone bragged about how Eukanuba is the best. I'm all for quality, but $56 for 30lbs of dog food is a lot. Finally did my own research online and found out Eukanuba is not good at all. Besides Innova, all the dog foods in Pets Mart are crap. I used DogFoodAnalysis dot com to learn everything. The Costco Kirkland Signature dog foods are all very very good. No crap in them, really good, quality ingredients. $27 for 40lbs, can't be beat.

Hahaaaa. Yeah, I was gonna buy him some dog fish oil, but now that I no longer use my NOW Ultra Omega-3, I'm gonna just give them to him. The multi in my pic above, Nutri-Vet has gotten a lot of positive reviews online. It can be found at Pets Mart or online for cheaper.
As for dandruff, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar & a good, natural shampoo.

haha got a lot of that in my sup closet.
I've been using pro plan, but I'm going to switch to Kirklands dog food. I was told the fish oil is good for the coat. So i'll probably do a tbsp of ACV and EVOO and toss a fish oil in with her food twice a day.
