    Best Protein for Bulking

So, after a broken leg and missing 4 months of lifting...... I'm officially hooked again. I've decided now would be a great time to start bulking. Because of my job and lifestyle, I'm going to have to get a large amount of my calories/protein/nutrients from protein shakes.

So, what kind of Protein do you all think is best to get the protein/nutrients/calories I need to bulk up? I love the taste of Syntha 6. I want a fairly good tasting protein. What do you all think?

Also, what other supplements to you all suggest while bulking?

I would stay away from weight gainers, they're just a **** ton of fillers to make it have a ton of calories. just go with Syntha 6 if that's what you like. There's not too much of a difference between proteins other than the brand and taste.

Gold Feast is a good option.

It is a meal replacement protein. Protein, carbs (from oats), veggies AND fruit, healthy fats.

Tastes delicious too. Great overall profile. Tastes like a lemonade in water, lemon meringue pie in milk

So should I just use Gold Feast for a meal replacement and NOT a post workout protein?

You don't need protein immediately postworkout. Nutrient timing is not important. You will not experience any extra benefits from drinking a protein shake postworkout than you would drinking one at any other random time of day. Focus more on hitting your DAILY protein, carb, fat, and calorie requirements rather than worrying so much about when you do it.

As long as you eat a meal within a reasonable amount of time postworkout, then you will be fine.

Also look in to Beast Whey, Trutein, or Ultra Peptide Whey. I've never tried Gold Feast but it's predecessor, Golden Gains, was amazing.

Creatine. Take no more than 3-5g a day, don't cycle, don't load, be sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day, doesn't matter when you take it, doesn't matter what you take it with.

Honestly (IMO) - a recovery supplement > a weight gainer.

You can always get more calories from food, but you can only workout as much as your body will let you in terms of recovery.

Your question seems to be a little off base. Supps are not "good" for bulking. They are useful tools to reach goals.
Lots of calories are what is needed for bulking. Check out the nutrition section to see what you macros you need.

    tru-mass or muscle juice

You need the extra calories in these to bulk. yes they have fillers but that's why they are mass gainers. they have about 50g of protein per serving and a lot of calories.

Whats important for bulking is eating a lot (good food, not crap). I think the best protein supplement for bulking is a PURE whey isolate because whey isolate never fills you up because it's so light, that it's not going to kill your appetite.
