So as everyone knows, breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. And that you should eat around an hour right after you wake up(correct me if I'm wrong, I just heard this from one of my professors). However, usually when I wake up I don't want to eat anything...I just don't feel hungry and I feel kinda sickened by the idea of food for awhile. What does everyone do to push past this and have breakfast anyway even when they aren't exactly feeling "hungry" after they wake up?
Thanks!

I eat when Im hungry which is usually around 10:00am.
You should eat when you are hungry too keeping in mind/understanding/and meeting your targeted calories/macros for the day. How you achieve those targets (ie. time of meals, number of meals, etc..) is up to you.

If I dont feel like eating I just add some oats and peanut butter to whey in the morning and gulp it! gulping it always easier than pushing your self to it, aint't it! I use water since milk makes it thicker are difficult to dump! LOL
