I'm going on vacation for 2 weeks and will not have access to a gym. I was just wondering if I should still take protein powder? and still take my fish oil pills? or should I just let that go for 2 weeks? is it okay to be gone for that long and not do anything? or should I do pushups? any help with nutrition or anything would be greatly appreciated.
