    Question Pre workout before meal!

I am considering buying Cellucor N0 Extreme. On the company website, it says it is ok to take supplement with food. However, on BB.com website, it says do not take it with food. So which is more correct? I usually take pre workout 30 mins after my meal.

Also, I am looking for a pre workout and intra workout supplement that has no creatine and no artificial coloring. For now I only know that Jack3d doesn't have any dyes, but it has creatine which I try to cut down.

I would take anything with stims without food, including this product.

    This ^^^

and Ill add I do not like having food pre-workout so the choice for me is easy.

With any stim based product always start lower end dosing to assess tolerance.

Stims should not be taken with food. Try to eat earlier and you'll be able to absorb the stuff in your PWO better I believe.

Btw, how much creatine is there in jack3d per scoop?

I agree with the previous posters and prefer to take stim-based products on an empty stomach.

If you're looking for a new pre-workout, give NanoStim a shot - sick pumps, great focus and no creatine. PM me if you'd like a 20ct. sample bottle.

So how do you define empty stomach? How long after eating do you start taking pre workout (after lunch & dinner)?
In some workouts I feel hungry and no energy toward the end of the workout. Some threads suggest that we eat more complex carb before workout. But waiting for like 1 hour before taking pre workout may sound difficult to those who are tight on time

I read different things on this but I pers shoot for least an hour between food/preWO. Most days though I can eat about 230-3pm and take my preWO around 430-445.

I generally try to get ErgoPump to hit me on an empty stomach. I can eat a meal 10-20 minutes after, but I usually try not to get much closer than that

I try to do a small meal that will digest quickly, then Lit-Up, and then walk to the gym while eating an apple. The litup kicks in before i leave, then the apple helps in the gym
