He was young and was fit. How do you have a heart attack so young when you eat healthy and exercise?
I know he took some rec drugs and some other stuff but there's been people who have taken much more and ate much worse while never working out that have never had a bad heart.
Was it a genetic condition?
I ask because It's made me realise I need to look after my heart more. I've started doing more cardio etc

What tests do you need to get to check your heart? Can these type of conditions that Zyzz had be noticed and prevented with regular testing?

I'm not sure how much sterons had to do with it. People have taken much more for much longer and are fine.

Even if he didn't have a heart condition, he wasn't in good shape. He never did any cardio and admitted it.

something interesting to note is that he also NEVER did cardio, according to his interviews from what I recall. Gotta keep that heart healthy.
