when you pour it in the cup. put it in before you pour the coffee, it is very fine powder, so if you put it in once the coffee is allready poured its a bit of a pain to mix it in

not sure to be honest, i drink decaf coffee at night with this in it and ive never felt a buzz from it. maybe it has small amounts or the really dark versions have more? idk
