    Thumbs up Advice needed. Powerlifting.

So I have been looking into powerlifting for the past couple of months, but I have been lifting for the past 2 years.

I got the beginner gains that everyone sees when they first start training properly.

My strength has shot up very fast but for the past month to month and a half I have seen no strength gains, (not worried about size, will come in time)

My raw lifts are as follows
    squat- 405 x 4 (havent maxed in a while)
    deadlift 495 x 1 (used trap/hex bar)
    bench 350x1

Im looking to compete in some three lift meets and want some advice on busting through plateaus.
Any exercises, supplements (not gear), diets or even training regiments would be very appreciated.

Ive been doing the same thing for a while now and am looking to change up my routine anyways
    Thanks in advance guys.

you have very good numbers starting out, although you need to get rid of the hex bar and learn how to deadlift with a powerbar. The two dont have much carrythrough with each other once you start getting some weight on (and please, if you are deadlifting 225 with a hexbar and 225 iwth a powerbar dont correct me).

There are endless routines, the PL section here will be much better resources for you. whether you choose Westside, 5/3/1, Sheiko, etc the key is steady periodization.

Dont worry about lifting in gear, find a RAW meet close to you and just do it. You will have fun, and learn more about lifting in a single meet than you think.
