You lost 10 lbs when you started Atkins because you lost water weight. Cutting carbs resulted in a loss of water held by your body. This is normal.

You need to read up on the fundamentals of weight loss. Cals in vs Cals out. If you have gone 2 weeks since losing 10 lbs and haven't lost any more weight, you are obviously consuming too many calories. Consider removing 500 cals from your current daily intake to begin cutting.

LIGHT cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It seems to work for a lot of people.

There is a whole section on keto, as Atkins is a ketogenic diet (it is unclear from your post whether or not you are still in the Induction phase).

You don't speak about your caloric intake, but if you're weight stable then it's a fair guess that you're eating at TDEE, which means to lose weight you need to reduce caloric intake, preferably by 10% to 20%.

^^ This is what many people who fail to lose on Atkins simply fail to appreciate. Usually when you eliminate or greatly restrict an entire macronutrient (carbs) you will most likely, by default, reduce overall caloric intake.

Now if you go to an all you can eat buffet and eat 15 pieces of chicken with skin on it, you will still be packing in loads of calories, defeating the purpose of caloric reduction.
