Help
So about a year ago I lost 50lbs, now I want to loose the rest. I lost the first very easy. For the past 9 months I have been lifting, now I work out 6 times a week with cardo all 6 days I eat 1500 to 1700 calories a day take multi- vitamins. I have been working out for a month and have been lifting hard. I only Lost 6lbs. And now I started gaining weight. But in the past month I got much stronger bench went up from 225 to rep 315. So could I possibly adding muscle and loosin fat. My clothes fit better and I look skinner gut is going away. Could someone please help

THE FREAK SHOW
Congrats on your weight loss.
What are your current stats?
You train six days per week with weights AND do cardio...all while eating 1500-1700cals per day? If so, why?
I don't train really to win contests. Not to win friends. Not to look pretty. Not to look at some chick's ass. I train and train very hard cause it's uncomfortable. It's painful. It's demanding. I like that. Time to bleed. - Manu

Yea that's what I thought, but in high school I use to powerlift . And people say I'm naturally strong and can add strength easily
