hey guys, so somebody in my gym doing power cleans and i was wondering what muscle they work?

You shouldn't think of power cleans as an exercise that works muscles, but rather a movement that develops all around explosive power.

The first pull is going to work the same muscles as a deadlift. I shouldn't need to explain these to you.
The second pull is an extension of the legs, hips, and upper back. So basically you use an extension of your entire body to transfer power to the bar to drive it upward.
The catch will isometrically work your upper back and is basically a quarter front squat.
