BLACK DREAD AND CELLUCOR C4 EXTREME
INTRO:
What up what up guys! I am back with another log! This time for Cellucor never have tried anything from this company before but I have heard of them and their products have gotten some good reviews.... So I figured why not try something new and see how it goes! I got blue raspberry flavor and my old lifting partner actually has taken it and said he really enjoyed it. Plus I picked up a 60 serving tub for $33 at G N CEE
LOG DETAILS:
As a lot of you know I put a lot of detail in my logs and update every day. I do this because I believe its owed to the companies who make all the products we take you should give them the best log with the most amount of detail that you can. This also helps with other people who may want to take the product you are taking but arent sold on it 100%. I will be looking for pumps/energy/focus/intensity as for most as with pre workouts this seems to be the 4 things that everyone wants out of them. I will also be looking to see if I have any increase in size and strength.I will also be monitoring side effects, mood and comment on anything else that I feel is important.
TRAINING EXPERIENCE:
I have been lifting since 2006, I was 135lbs in high school and got into college with a roommate that was big into the gym so I went to workout with him that year and never looked back. I want to see how far I can push myself and see what I can do in 2012. My training split is as follows:
Monday Chest/Biceps/Abs
Tuesday Back/Triceps
Wednesday Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Thursday Legs
Friday Biceps/Triceps/Abs * might mess around with this day and incorporate body parts I feel are lagging*

WORKOUT REACTION
Awesome workout for the first day. took 1 scoop of C4 mixed great and tasted amazing! could feel it "kick in" within a couple minutes of taking it. started to feel more focused. By the time I got to the gym I was ready to go. Had a killer pump in my chest and arms as well! so far so good(ツ)

the machine i usually use was taken so i decided to use the other one which i really liked. oh hell no 6oz is literally all you need for C4... I usually use 8-10oz of water for my pre workouts... but since the scoop size is so small 6oz is the money spot. mixes great and tastes incredible.
hell yeah man! the 7 sets is from my split i used on a that testagen log and i really enjoyed the 7 sets so i figured id carry it over(ツ)
