I hit the gym 6 days a week, only take whey protein that i buy from wallmart. I try get 6 to 8 meals a day. I hit all major muscles twice a week. I dont eat much fast food, only taco bell here and there. My main thing is you have to be consistent try not miss your workouts and always follow through with your diet. Just follow the basics and tweak it
to what your body responds best to. Most people dont understand that this is a slow process takes a long time to get results thats why i feel being consistent at the gym+diet will make that process a little faster.On Top Of The Rest

True success story here brother! I really appreciate the fact you posted at approximately a 2 year time frame from when you started. This is a lifelong endeavor and anyone looking for quick (natural) results is kidding themselves. Everything has come up nicely and you look well balanced. Real good job man...congratulations!
