    Did not know you lifted srs. Gjdw. IF YOU FOOLS AINT HITTIN MUSCLES AT LEAST 2X A WEEK, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG BRAHS. Op is also wrong doe... muscles can take longer than 48 hours to recover..... PS is just 1 factor in recovery.

    thanks brah because i don't think i could hit some muscle groups (back, legs cause sometimes they go hand in hand with some exercises i.e. squats deadlifts lowback work of peace) three times week will stick with three on some and two on others

    thanks brah because i don't think i could hit some muscle groups (back, legs cause sometimes they go hand in hand with some exercises i.e. squats deadlifts lowback work of peace) three times week will stick with three on some and two on others
    yeah, I prefer upper lowers mainly cause it fits my schedule right now, Working muscles 3 times a week requires you to lower your volume too much imo.. 1 maybe 2 exercises at most per muscle group = no thanks jeff.
