Slowing down your metabolism is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of, unless you live in a 3rd world country. I guess if you really want to do so, go take heavy doses of 3,5 diiodothyronine to induce suppression and hypothyroidism. But I recommend against it.

The above is my own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of PES

3,000 cal per day is too low if you're not gaining. What's your height and weight?
There are only two options regarding commitment. You're either in or you're out. There's no such thing as life in-between.

Meal number has nothing to do with weight loss or gain.

If you are not gaining enough you are not eating enough calories, simple as that.
Either you have a higher TDEE than you thought or you are not tracking your cals properly.

Great ideal OP. One of the most brilliant Ive seen on this forum to date. Might I suggest a self-induced myxedema coma or Wernicke encephalopathy? Sure to slow shiit down for you.
The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. Anyone who cannot grasp the difference between the two lacks the basic intelligence necessary for survival and should not be allowed to form opinions.
