I've been gaining weight for the past few years so I'm a little lost right now. I've never cut in my life. Here is what my diet looks like right now though. Although I don't gain fast from it now, I've been at 200lbs for a while.

As for supplements I'm taking "Raw One for men" or "AST multi pro 32x" for my vitamin and I take plain creatine mono.
I do no cardio at all right now.
I'm on a 5 day split:
Monday: quads, hams, calfs
Tuesday: Biceps, triceps, forearms
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Chest, abs
Friday: Back
Saturday: Shoulders, traps
Sunday: Off
So when I start my cut, how many calories or what foods should I take out? I know I need to have 500 below my maintenance but I'm just confused on where to take it from. I'm guessing I should take out mostly the oat meal/juice from areas?
How much cardio should I include? I'm guessing 20-30 minutes a day?
For new supplements I'm going to get Primaforce's Yohimbine, Primaforce's Lean Green and primaforce's Caffeine to help me a little on the cut. I'll probably switch over to CEE creatine too.

Way to many calories in my opinion. To cut weight I would say you need to be in the 1800-2200 cal range at least....in my opinion. And i would do at least 30mins of some kind of cardio 5 days a week. Why so many juice's brah,those have to many sugars and artificial sweetner crap in there! Water water water,or switch it out with green tea maybe.

Alright thanks I just got done reading some of them, it helped. I'm looking at some more now though.
I'm vegan.
No that is my diet that I'm on to gain weight, I was looking for advice on how much food I should take out to cut down. And I use the juices for easier/quicker carbs, but they're all 100% juice with no added sugar or anything. But alright, I'll probably try cardio 5 days a week then. Thanks.

Why do you wanna gain weight? Your 5'7 and weigh 200lbs. I'm 5'7 and I use to weigh 210 and was 34% bodyfat,I feel a shyt ton better in the 160's now!
