trap machine ( a lot lighter then the # says )

close grip bench press

225 x 12 ( i wanted 12 )

275 x 5
played ball for about an hour got pretty fawkin intense sweating balls
Taking tomorrow off, going to play some ball !

strong stuff man. how do you like the hammer strength rowing machines. BB rows are still kind of aggravating my lower back
"on the bech press i usually start off with 205 doing it 5 times then once i ad my usual extra 5 pounds on i can barely do it twice. How can i increase my chest cardio? so i can rep heavy weight easier" -dc1992hp

luckily ive never had any joint or bone problems the only thing i can reccomend to you is to make sure you properly warmup and slowly work your way up to heavy sets.
as for the hammer strength row machine, the only one my gym has is amazing. but nothing compares to a barbell row.PSN: KILLEMALLDNTFRNT

went in today to push some weight.. i wont post warmup sets.
military press
worked up to 225 x 5 for a few sets
flat bench press
worked up to 315 x 5 for a few sets
back squat ( just started squatting again about a month ago due to medical setbacks )
