Right now I am 169lbs of average strength. Goal is to be 155ish and be just as strong.
FUUUUUUAAAAARRRRRKKKKKK. Come the fuk at me. Too easy.
Also have a 100kg squat, 150kg DL, 95kg bench.
Not done yet.........
Also have a 12 second 100 meter sprint and have enough stamina to run for ~2 hours.
Think Im done? Nah...

So basically on this cut I am shooting for strength/speed/stamina/aesthetics so it will be a mix of training. Not unbelievably difficult but enough to be on the floor after every session
Rough schedule is:
Monday: Rest day.
Tuesday: Chest/Bis.
Wednesday: Legs/back.
Thursday: Core/interval training.
Friday: Tris/shoulders/back.
Saturday: 10-30K cycle.
Sunday: Explosive/speed training.
Nutrition is as follows:
2300-2500 kcals. ~170g protein. ~220g carbs. Rest fats.
I work well with high carbs. Just sayin.
So thats it. For now.

Im so fukkin sorry guys but Im sick AGAIN!! Fukin asthma this time. Im not aloud train AT ALL.
Took the day off school and chilled but its not going away .
May try hit legs tonight. Just a light session tho.
But I forced myself to eat a tonne in the help I will get better faster and ended up eating about 6K and swamping two ~1.5-2K milkshakes
What a shiitty way to start my cut.

But I think thats why my last session was shiitty. I have been feeling unwell for the last week or so.
I went to the GP and she diagnosed me with asthma (I knew I had it before) and now on more fukking pain killers because of my head/body aches also.
Fuk dat shiit I will attempt training later on. Even though its half seven now and Im full as fuk.

Squats. ATG:
20kgx10.
40kgx10.
50kgx5.
80kg. 5 sets. 5 reps.
Stiff leg deadlift:
6-kg. 3 sets. 8-10-12 reps.
Leg extensions:
40kg. 3 sets. 12 reps. Legs are DEAD at this point. Only had 1:10mins rest on every set of the workout then without rest I moved onto a dropset
DS: 15kg. 2 sets. 100 reps, 50 reps.
Awhhhhhhhh yeaaaaaah
Really good sesh of the lower and I wasnt expecting this good a session because I hadnt trained legs in forever and was sick but really happy with it.
Macros are all fukked up for today so back on them tomorow

Interval training.
The first few weeks will be shiitty in terms of volume and intensity fitness wise. Feelsbadman.
Anyway. Heres todays training.
4 sets of the following. 1 min rest between sets:
1. Kettle ball (7.5kg) clens: 20 reps.
2. 15 push ups.
3. Plank. 1 minute.
4. 20 crunches.
5. 10 burpees.
6. Oblique twists w/ kettle ball.
7. Stair sprints. 6 sprints.
Laugh all you want I was fukked after it lol.
But fitness is easier to gain then muscle so its all good

Yesterday I done powercleans, bike sprints etc. but thats not what ye want to see

Bench:

DB rows:
40kg. 3 sets. 8 reps.
Incline press (DB):
22.5kg. 3 sets. 10 reps.
Chin ups:
3 sets. 10 reps.
Dips:
2 sets. 10 reps.
Curls. Barbell:
2 sets. 12, 20 reps.
Notes:
Good session. Insane Bicep burn. Nice intensity too. All done in about 45 mins.
Also I am going to England for a week next Tuesday with my school will be fun.
Also The thing thats fuking holding me back is the food volumn Im doing this thing where I eat good (cutting macros) one day then end up slamming 6K the next day
Its pissing me the fuk off but I will fix it. I just have to eat more filling foods, as the excess food is always sweets etc.
Im still at 169 too. But if I stick with the diet by the time I go to England I will be at like 164 due to water weight.
I also have a race to a 315lb Deadlift with snyrgo He will have a week of advantage. I hope that wont make the vital difference
