seriosuly this amount of food gets old pretty quick. even tho yes, id prefer more food then less, eating so much a day makes you feel groggy and sheet.
cause if you eat all clean foods, its basically impossible. too much food. and all junk, you feel like a wet shiitty sock

Quick rage post.
I weighed myself today, and only weigh in at 170, which pisses me the FUK off. I kno I'm meant to be cutting but I'm not giving a fuk about diet and ate probably 5-6k srsly. So what the fuk is wrong with me serious? How the fuk am I meant to bulk properly in the future. For the last year eating at LEAST 5k a day I've only gained maybe 10 lbs tops.

probably the same reason you were so skinny before you started lifting mike
metabolisms obviously red hot and you probably burn through carbs like theres no tomorrow
i remember reading something about this where some people are just very inefficient when it comes to utilizing the energy that they put in their body, your metabolism probably increases very sharply in response to over feeding and after a year of doing this your basal metabolism has probably adapted in the long run so your cutting calories will still be quite highThey said you were done!
