Lol 5/3/1 is by Wendler.
For the IF that looks fine, the most important thing IMO is blunting hunger in the mornings that way you can eat more and go to sleep content in the evenings.
Also - for strength you seem well beyond your SS gains - you could always try Texas Method or something like the program I'm doing now. To my understanding heavy strength focused routines are more beneficial than traditional "BB" routines on a cut.My log

Mate great PR's but dont make the same mistake i did trying to straight leg pull the heavy stuff
your legs are strong enough to drive the bar off the floor
but most importantly your back will thank you.Last edited by juicydanglers; 01-17-2013 at 03:59 PM.

CONGRATS ON THE PRs!!!!!
Strong weights for that BW - also I'm going to echo what Juicy said (you mind if I call you that lol) - get some more leg drive on your DLs - they are very lower back focused - don't want an injury. Mine were like that too, I just recently deconstructed mine.
Super heavy weights tho just what I like to see keep it up!My log

Well what typically happens when guys start pulling heavy in the DL is you see the hips shooting up or starting ridiculously high and you'll see increasingly inventive ways to lock the bar out and its just a horrible habit to get into for training and your back (i hate to say it but brag is a good example)
you pulled the lift off with brute strength but with a little change in your technique you'll give yourself better leverage
Go to about five minutes in.
you essentially start with the hips a little further down and you keep them down until the bar passes your knees. think of the chest as the first thing that moves up.
I've started focusing on this and although its halted my short term progress I'll be thankful in the long run
If you do this you wont be able to left as much weight initially because your using different muscles that you previously weren't using properly.
In the long run if you want to get to someone like phals level (and your capable) then id have you doin that immediately.
much love xThey said you were done!

Great vid - its just hard to understand what he's saying for me unfortuanately (so much background noise).
I really like that tip to raise with your chest first! I've never thought of that - I'll try that tip next time! Thanks Juicy. My log
