Hi everyone, just an issue I got regarding my research on curcumin.
I keep finding those issues with some brands/types not having as much bioavailability, but then again there is that other issue of some curcumin sups being to potent and could cause side effects, then again I can't find tell HOW MUCH curcumin is to much.
I am looking to take as much bioavailable curcumin as possible without experiencing any side effects.
Right now I am leaning towards LEF super bio curcumin, which is BCM-95, which claims to be something like 8 times more bio available then standard 95% curcuminoids. However some say that high dosage curcumin causes negates the whole thing somehow, which get's me worried if LEF curcumin is to potent.
.There are a few others that stand out like Jarrows Curcumin 95% ( which to me might be an option just if it happens to be true that BCM-95 might be to potent ).
There is also Doctor's Best, Best Curcumin C3 Complex, 500 mg, 120 Capsules, and Doctor's Best, Meriva, Phytosome Curcumins. ( which from what I found sound like a top contender )
Anyways I'm going to continue my research, but would appreciate if anyone has any preferences even if it's not listed here, or any tips, suggestions, experiences with a certain curcumin supplement, I'm kind of looking to get down to which is HANDS DOWN the best.
