common fellas, and hardgainer is just some1 who is afraid to gain too much weight!, just eat eat eat, im skinny, at 5'11 and only 150, but i started at only 120 one month ago, so i started lifting
(keep in mind i now weigh more than my dad, whos is my height, so my family is very thin, but i will break that trend, as my lean body mass increases daily by eating good)U might be able to lift more than me, but ill break ur ankles on the court

Actually, his manual is great for hardgainers.
But nothing that you couldn't find out by reading Articles (there are hardgainer Articles on this page I think). There's no secret formula in there, just common sense and some knowledge. It's not as hard as you think it is.
Educate yourself, but stop thinking too much...

Ugh... Come on people. Are you that gullable?
His shoulder's got so much bigger, and his arms went from like 13" to 17" in 12 weeks?
What i wanna know is how the hell did his head get bigger. I don't really believe those are attainable in 12 weeks, unless you are a beginner. And even then, you can't get shoulders and arms like that in such a short period.
I have to say though, he has some crazy seperation in his inner chest.

A hardgainer is someone with unfavourable genes for building muscle
fast metabolism
small joints
long limbs
poor lifestyle (i.e can't get enough sleep due to kids/work pressures etc.)
If you pay $80 for that manual I will laugh at you, if you really want to know about training for a hardgainer you go to:
