I am a MASS MACHINE doing the "Challenge"--and here's my journal!

    Hello All,

I am loking forward to this Challenge and reading about what all the other Positive people on here are doing to improve themselves physically, mentally, etc.

Journal entry for today is physical rest, took the day off work. I am just getting over a 60+ hour work week and a bone-chilling cold. But starting tomorrow, I am going to hit legs and arms at lunch time!

    Get Some!
    MrB
