What do you do after you cheated on your diet?
Just cheated on my diet even though I had a cheat day yesterday and I feel like ****. What do you guys do to get back on track?

Nothing you can do but go right back to your diet tomorrow. Don't give it more attention than it needs to be given. You messed up. Recognize it and move on.

Nothing a little extra cardio one day this month won't handle or just forget about it. Everyone screws up sometimes.

Honest Response: Just do an extra cardio session and focus on your grind and not letting the same thing happen again. I just tell myself that if i cheat on my diet then my workout wont be as strong. Seems to keep me in line.

Start eating according to plan again Don't worry about the cheat days.

First...... your cheat day should be enjoyed and relished...You earned it...the day after a heavy eating binge...lift like a beast...throw a little cardio in for extra measure...easy up on yourself...
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live the world they're been given than to explore the power they have to change it...Impossible is not a fact...It's an opinion...Impossible is not declaration...It's a dare...Impossible is potential...Impossible is temporary...Impossible is nothing...

Recognize your mistake and get back on track. Acknowledge it, but don't dwell on it. Realize it's just setting you back from your goals. Another hurdle in your path you've created yourself. Something that can be enjoyed and done once in a while, but is not needed. Don't sweat it.

I cry and eat sum mor.
Alternatively, I just forgive myself and move on as if it never happened.

What's done is done. Now focus on now. Keep working on it, and eventually, you will reach the poinst that cheat food is competely undesireable. disgutsting. No honestly, one time my parents brought a cake home for Christmas....and I ended up yelling at it when they weren't around! You get to that point where it's like...how could I afford to do that? Why would I want to do that? It does me no good. It's illogical. So just work on focus Well hope I helped!
I thank God for my success.

Have the best workout of my life. That many cals makes for a beastly lift sesh for the next day. I then cut the cals back and cry when i don't have the fuel that the 4000 KCal day gave me.

I don't do anything I just go on eating like I usually would. Nothing wrong with a sanity meal once in a while anyway.

I'd take it as a sign that you should add cheat days into your diet (once a week). Save up your cravings for that day and try to reinforce boundaries.
-
you mirin bacne??
its ok once you dont make a habit of it.. if its only one meal is no problem. if its a whole day then it`ll set you back

Man, as long as a cheat meal doesn't turn into a cheat day and then a cheat week, I don't give a crap. It keeps you sane.

Think about what I was FEELING when I cheated. Imagine the emotions. Think about triggers and what caused it. The feelings and emotions are what you need to be analyzing.

I just hop right back on my meal plan the next meal. Don't feel guilty, don't regret it, and dont beat yourself up! That's how eating disorders are formed.

Don't stress about it! One day is not going to ruin everything.

you gotta move on and lold hard at the gif!!

Lift, Misc, Repeat
Just be sure not to continue cheating. One day won't mess up all the progress you have made as long as it stays as just the one day.

One mistake isn't gonna ruin everything. Just shake it off and get back on track with your diet. I'd post something motivating up where you will see it every day to help discourage you from cheating again. On my phone (which I look at very frequently) my wallpaper is a quote of "Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret" and on my fridge I have my own before picture hanging up and whenever I think about cheating I just ask myself, "is this gonna help me or hurt me in the long run?" The answer never changes.

I usually think "ahhh why did I eat that? I feel like crap now" then I wait a few hours and smash some cardio to make myself feel better
