The first time you rode a bicycle how much weight or muscle did you put on while riding? How much did you lose after you were finished?
Basicly when all said and done how much did you put on and keep when completely finished?
In your opinion was it worth it?

I went from 156 to 181 in just under 3 months. Gained natty after that another 10ish pounds and got to 196 then lost motivation for a month and dropped to what im at now (180)
